·   Working with a great team of Network Systems Engineers, the GDIT Hampton PMO office designs, engineers, installs and provides top tier support for the ADCS (Air Defense Communications Systems) network.  On a daily basis we examine, analyze and determine what and how best to deploy modern communications systems to support a broad network that protects the US, US Territories and Canadian air space.

 

·   My domain of routers, switches & support devices ranges from Guam, Hawaii, North America, & the Caribbean.  From Radar telemetry, to direct radio communications for FAA & USAF airspace interceptors.  I configure routers, switches, and support devices to the highest levels without exception.  Port security, EIGRP, ACL’s, VLAN, Subnetting, Crypto, T1 controller voice ports & dial peers are a sample of technologies I practice daily in support of my team & our concerted goals.

·   I excelled as a Network Engineer (Jr.) in support of the SUPSHIP Newport News Network Operations.  My experiences in Cisco, Dell, Microsoft & a host of vendors gave me a diverse background.  I documented with MS Excel, designed using Visio & reported using STIG Checklist, configured & deployed multiple levels of network & network security using the Jobs tool in Solarwinds Orion Web Console for mass backups, and or IOS updates in my day to day practices.
